Thoughts

✓ Thick yellowish texture with herbal-ish scent

This serum is very unique in texture. It comes yellowish in colour with a thick texture that looks like an emulsion. It smells herbal-ish, to be exact my nose smells it like "daun sirih". The texture looks tacky and left skin feels very soft and silky before it is fully absorbed. But once it fully absorbed, no tackiness left behind.

✓ It comes in a dark packaging glass bottle with a dropper

It comes in a dark bottle with a dropper. The opaque bottle prevents the content from oxidizing. But once you open the bottle, the content still can degrade from time to time. You can use it within 6 months period of opening (PAO).

✓ Moisturizing, no sticky or greasy feeling

This serum feels moisturizing on my skin without leaving sticky or greasy feeling. Squalene is also one of the ingredients of this serum. Squalene is a lipid, or fat, made naturally by our oil glands to hydrate and maintain the barrier of our skin. It also acts as an antioxidant.

✓ Affordable price

I believe that vitamin C serum cost more pricey out there and this is one of the affordable one with price RM 49 for 30ml.

Experiences;

At the beginning, I experienced a bit itchiness after using this serum, maybe because this is my first time using 5% vitamin c serum but no other negative reaction after that.

I didn't have any previous photo of my PIH but can see improvement with my PIH after 3 weeks of using this serum. I use it only once a day, during night time. My skin becomes radiant and healthier.

Overall, it's definitely the local product that worth your money!
